Mark Draa is the founder and owner of Home Computer Help, which he started in 2004. He has been working in the computer field since 1982, and has seen just about everything that has come along. For 22 years, he provided desktop and network computer support in the actuarial and pension consulting industry.

Mark created Home Computer Help because he truly enjoys meeting his customers one-on-one, and helping them with their computer issues. The experts say that if you do what you love, it’s not really work. Mark couldn’t agree more. He loves getting out and meeting his customers. “There is so much satisfaction in resolving frustrating problems for clients; I really feel I am helping – and that’s a great way spend a workday.”

Home Computer Help is a family business – Mark’s wife, Barbara, answers the phone, and handles the appointment scheduling for residential customers. I couldn’t do this job without her. Mark’s twin sons Brian and Robert are the other technicians in the firm. Both have long years of service and they are exceptionally competent. Finally, Sarah, our only non-family-member employee, handles the appointment scheduling for commercial customers, and various other office duties.
