Mark Draa is the founder and owner of Home Computer Help, which he started in 2004. He has been working in the computer field since 1982, and has seen just about everything that has come along. For 22 years he provided desktop and network computer support in the actuarial and pension consulting industry.

Mark created Home Computer Help because he truly enjoys meeting his customers one-on-one, and helping them with their computer issues. The experts say that if you do what you love, it’s not really work. Mark couldn’t agree more. He loves getting out and meeting his customers. “There is so much satisfaction in resolving frustrating problems for clients; I really feel I am helping – and that’s a great way spend a workday.”

Home Computer Help is a family business – Mark’s wife, Barbara, answers the phone, handles all of the appointment scheduling and other office duties. “I couldn’t do this job without her. My son Brian, who has worked with me for five years, does both field and remote support,” says Draa.
